Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including activations, digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Essential
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.
Strong understanding of marketing platforms and their respective best practices, including Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
