About the Role:

Seeking a Test Manager with 10+ years of experience.

Summary:

• Influencing, advising, and leading teams, solutions, and stakeholders.
• Independently planning and leading the delivery of solutions
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Possess strong test process management skills.
• Background experience in manual and automation testing
• Competent at-risk assessment and understanding of release management
• Good understanding of environmental impacts
• Leading or delivering solutions within complex engagements on time and meeting customer expectations.
• Becoming an expert in your discipline, mentoring, and leading within your Practice.
• Following Planit, client, or international standards for testing, quality, and delivery.
• Providing expert knowledge and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Aligning with Planit s business objectives and seeking business opportunities.
• Encouraging Planit culture and being part of it.
• Supporting flexible workplace practices as directed by Planit.
• Connecting to emerging trends, sharing insights, and improving processes.
• Active listener and seeking new perspectives.
