India s leading Educational ERP Software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 Company and ET Growth Champion Serosoft is looking for a Senior Manager QA who will oversee the software and systems developed by the organization meets the highest standards of quality and reliability and also ensure delivering high-quality software products that meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a strategy for quality product delivery.
- Strategize, plan, design, prepare, review, execute, monitor, and control Functional Test (positive and negative), Database Test, Regression Test, Smoke Test, Sanity Test, Performance Test (Load and Stress), UI Responsive test.
- Strategize, plan, design, write scripts, execute, monitor, and control automation of regression and performance tests.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control defects/bugs management reporting and driving closure.
- Validate and reproduce production support bugs/incidents.
- Conduct Incident Trend Analysis, perform RCA, figure out the scope of improvements, decide actionable, drive implementation and closure of actionable.
Skills Qualifications:
- Preferred to BE/BTech (Computer Science), ME/MTech (Computer Science), MCA.
- At least 15+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing software testing projects.
- Served in the role of QA Manager or test Architect.
- Extensive Experience in SDLC, STLC, and Agile testing processes.
- Experience in Test Planning, Test case preparation, Test Plan Execution, monitoring, and Control.
- Experience in Functional Test (positive and negative), Database Test, Regression Test, Smoke Test, Sanity Test, Security Test, Performance Test (Load and Stress), UI Responsive test.
- Experience in performance testing and automation is a must.
- Experience in conducting Incident Trend Analysis and RCA.
- Handling team of 20+ members.
- Experience in Data-driven Testing and keyword-driven Framework.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience in cross-browser testing and parallel test execution using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Selenium Grid or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Mobility testing, BDD framework, and CI/CD experience would be an added advantage.
- Automation Tools: Selenium, Selenium Webdriver, Selenium Grid, Selenium IDE, AutoIT, or similar tools.
- Programming Languages: Core Java
- Databases (optional): MS Access, SQL Server, ORACLE and MYSQL, MongoDB.
- Automated Testing Tools: UFT, Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
- Test Management Tools: JIRA or similar tools.
- Bug Tracking Tools: JIRA or similar tools.
- Tools Utilities: Ms-Office, Outlook Express, VSS/Git
- Web Technologies: HTML, XML, and VB Script
- Operating Systems: Windows, Ubuntu, and Mac OS X.
