Manager - Partner Enablement

We are looking to hire a Manager - Partner Enablement with hands on experience in Partner Enablement and Partner Success.

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Pune (Work from office)

The Manager, Partner Enablement is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and processes that empower our partners to succeed. This includes developing enablement frameworks, tracking progress, driving partner onboarding efficiency, and fostering alignment across teams and stakeholders. Success in this role will be measured by achieving the KPIs associated with enablement, on boarding, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement Program Development

• Design and develop a comprehensive partner enablement framework in collaboration with Product Management and other cross-functional teams.
• Establish enablement goals and ensure alignment with overall partner program objectives.

Partner Enablement Progress Tracking

• Create tracking systems or dashboards to monitor the progress of partner enablement initiatives.
• Define metrics to measure partner progress, including completion rates for enablement milestones.
• Share quarterly progress reports with leadership.

Partner Onboarding

• Develop and streamline the partner onboarding process to ensure efficiency and alignment with enablement goals.
• Create an onboarding playbook to support new partners in understanding and engaging with our programs effectively.

Stakeholder Communication and Alignment

• Facilitate seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, Product Management, and Account Managers.
• Ensure partners receive timely updates and support.

Training & Innovation Initiatives

• Organize partner training programs and certifications to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives such as writing articles or being part of innovation projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on partner goals and deliverables.
• Ensure coordination with support functions such as legal, procurement, and finance to address partner needs.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design and implement enablement frameworks and processes.
• Strong experience in onboarding and training program development.

Skills:

• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and tracking systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business, technology, or a related field.
