We are looking to hire a Senior Manager - Channel Partnerships with hands on experience in Channel sales, Business Development and working with Resellers or selling through resellers.


Experience : 8+ years

Location : Pune (Work from office)


The Sr. Manager, Channel Partnerships will own the strategy, execution, and growth of revenue-driven relationships with GSIs, SIs, and VARs. This role requires a strong track record of partnership management and an ability to build joint go-to-market strategies that deliver results. The position will involve frequent travel (up to 50%) to cultivate and expand key relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Revenue-Driven Partnership Management:

  • Develop and manage relationships with GSIs, SIs, and VARs to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners, aligning goals to achieve mutual revenue targets.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Define and implement strategic co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with channel partners.
  • Drive partner-led sales opportunities by integrating the company's offerings into their solutions.

Executive Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at GSI, SI, and VAR organizations.
  • Influence partner strategies and priorities to align with the companys growth objectives.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts with partner-driven opportunities.
  • Lead enablement efforts to ensure partners are equipped to position and sell the companys solutions effectively.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on progress, challenges, and market opportunities.

Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, partner priorities, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and emerging markets through partner ecosystems.

Travel Requirement:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner engagements, strategic meetings, and industry events.
