We are looking to hire a Knowledge Manager who has good experience curating content for proposals, central repository, knowledge management, knowledge database and stakeholder management.

Job Summary
To manage and assist with creating, collecting, organizing, and maintaining company, product, and services information in support of the sales, marketing, and proposal writing teams.

Principal Accountability

• Support the proposal writing and marketing teams with knowledge management expertise to increase the efficiency of leading and winning major business opportunities.
• Support sales people and proposal writers in the creation and completion of electronic and hardcopy bid proposals.
• Management of central information repositories to ensure knowledge is up-to-date, structured, and indexed for effective reuse.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage processes to plan, coordinate, update, manage, communicate, and control information.
• Support maintenance of a central repository of company, product, and services information accessible to the sales, marketing, and proposal teams.
• Make knowledge requests of experts associated with a particular subject

Job Requisites

• Experience in creating and implementing a knowledge management strategy.
• Experience in developing and maintaining knowledge databases.
• Structured, methodical approach. Organizational experience coordinating several concurrent activities.
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong team player able to relate to and support users from different backgrounds. Able to listen, identify, and ask relevant questions to develop documents and then get agreement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts at various levels.
• Strong personal motivation. Proactive. Ability to act on own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach to work activities within an environment of competing and urgent deadlines.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology. (nice to have)
