Position: Finance Head

Location: MIDC, Bhosari, Pune

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary: The Finance Head will oversee all financial operations of the company,

ensuring the effective management of financial resources to support the company's

manufacturing and export activities. This role involves financial planning, risk management,

and strategic decision-making to drive the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's objectives.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's assets are safeguarded.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Analysis: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in finance management, with a strong background in manufacturing.
• In-depth understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
