Job Description

The Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships will own and expand high-impact relationships with hyperscalers, focusing on building strong executive-level connections and driving joint business outcomes. This role requires a leader who can effectively navigate complex ecosystems, create strategic value propositions, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and decision-makers at hyperscaler organizations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud).
• Act as a strategic advisor, representing our companys vision and value proposition to partner leadership teams.

Strategic Partnership Development:

• Deepen relationships with hyperscaler ecosystems to unlock joint go-to-market opportunities.
• Leverage leadership connections to advocate for co-selling initiatives and joint solution development.

Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute co-selling strategies to achieve partner-driven revenue targets.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-functional collaboration opportunities with partners to expand revenue streams.

Leadership Collaboration:

• Partner with internal executives and business leaders to align organizational goals with partner strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, joint business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Market Insights & Influence:

• Stay ahead of hyperscaler priorities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to identify partnership growth opportunities.
• Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to shape product roadmaps and solution strategies.

Enablement & Advocacy:

• Lead partner enablement efforts, ensuring alignment on joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for our companys offerings within hyperscaler organizations, influencing their field teams and account strategies.

Travel Requirement:

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, strategic planning sessions, and key events to foster and maintain relationships.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Proven track record of working with hyperscalers, driving joint initiatives, and achieving revenue goals.

Leadership Connections:

• Established network of senior leaders and decision-makers within hyperscaler organizations.
• Ability to leverage these connections to influence and drive strategic initiatives.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems, partner programs, and co-selling models.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and navigate matrixed organizations.

Strategic Acumen:

• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in identifying mutual value propositions and aligning goals across organizations.

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
