Job Description
- Partnership Exploration and Development:
- Identify and explore potential partnership opportunities that align with the companys business growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and potential partners in the industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Strategic Discussions and Negotiations:
- Drive strategic discussions with potential partners to explore mutual benefits and synergies.
- Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation of agreements.
- Issue Resolution and Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all partnership-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure amicable closure of issues before and after agreements.
- Monitor partnership performance and address any arising challenges promptly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business, technology, and functional heads to understand their needs and objectives.
- Align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful partnership implementation.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company s business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners that can add value to the business.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to agreement closure and ongoing management.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals to senior management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all partnership activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously explore new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
