Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the company as a market leader in the manufacturing industry.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to drive growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaigns.

Brand and Communications:

Oversee the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies to build brand awareness and reputation.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and events.
Act as a brand custodian, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and company values.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade shows, and industry events.
Utilize digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, and social media) to engage target audiences effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Content Development:

Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, white papers, and case studies.
Manage website content, newsletters, and social media platforms to engage customers and stakeholders.

Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for senior management.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Skills:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, automation tools).
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
