Role: Project Manager - Infrastructure

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid).

Desired Industry Experience: 14+ years

Relevant Experience: Project Management, Infrastructure, Azure, AWS

Academic Qualification: B.E. / BTech / MCA

Shift Time: UK Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST).

Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure-managed services projects.
• 10-12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud services, and networking.
• Excellent knowledge of IT Infra SOP, IT Standards, IT Policy, customer presentation and reporting.
• Aware of cloud-based services like Azure and AWS etc.
• Define, manage and monitor KPI for SRE, DevOps and Infra team.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of infrastructure-managed services projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee the allocation of resources and manage project budgets effectively.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Evaluate project performance using key metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in infrastructure-managed services.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Open to work in the UK Shift (1 10 PM IST).
