About the company:
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager - Infrastructure & Cybersecurity will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives.
This role demands a highly skilled and experienced professional who can ensure the security, integrity, and availability of IT systems, as well as lead strategic planning and project management efforts in a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity & Information Security:
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity architectures and solutions.
- Secure industrial control systems and operational technology environments.
- Oversee the protection of sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.
- Manage threat and vulnerability assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Lead the development of a strong cybersecurity culture through awareness and training programs.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management:.
- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks.
- Manage IT risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR.
Network Security:.
- Design, implement, and manage network security measures.
- Ensure the security of data in transit across the network.
Identity and Privileged Access Management:.
- Oversee the implementation and management of identity and access management systems.
- Ensure the security of privileged accounts.
SOC Operations:.
- Manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities.
- Oversee incident detection, response, and recovery processes.
Strategic Planning & Business Continuity:.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
IT Infrastructure Management:.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Implement and manage ERP systems and BI tools.
MDM and Mobile Security:.
- Manage mobile device management and mobile security solutions.
Team and Project Management:.
- Lead and mentor IT and cybersecurity teams.
- Manage large-scale IT projects from planning to execution.
Budget & Cost Optimization:.
- Develop and manage IT budgets.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT security, manufacturing OT security, cloud security, and network infrastructure management.
- Proven track record in network security management, and endpoint controls management.
- Expertise in Active Directory administration (Windows, Linux), Exchange server administration, and JAMF administration.
- Strong background in infrastructure management, virtualization administration, and cloud computing.
- Experience with BMS (CCTV surveillance, UPS, biometric), video conference solutions, open-source tools, and WAN optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, ERP implementation, legacy data migration, and BI tool implementation.
- Proficiency in Windows server migrations, Exchange migrations, and network designing.
- Familiarity with CISCO routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewall solutions (Checkpoint, SonicWall, FortiGate).
- Experience in vendor management, IT budget planning, data security (DLP), and GDPR compliance.
- Skills in IT operations project management, cloud platforms (AWS, Office 365), and backup solutions.
Technical Skills Needed:.
- Cybersecurity Tools: SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, DLP solutions.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure (including Azure Security Centre, Azure Active Directory).
- Network Technologies: VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, network segmentation, VLANs, load balancing.
- Identity and Access Management: LDAP, SSO, MFA, PAM solutions.
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (various distributions), macOS.
- Virtualization Technologies: VMware, Hyper-V.
- Endpoint Protection: Antivirus/anti-malware solutions, EDR.
- Data Protection: Backup and recovery solutions, encryption (data at rest and in transit).
- IT Service Management: ITIL processes, ticketing systems (e. , ServiceNow).
- Mobile Device Management: Microsoft Intune, JAMF.
- Compliance Frameworks: GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Power BI, Tableau.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
Microsoft Azure certification.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
