Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition (2-3 yrs)

- Sourcing, screening using Boolean search & advanced search.

- Should have experience in sourcing in development profiles.

- Analytical profiles like data analysis, business analysis.

- Should be good in understanding the terminology in the Technical JD.

- Provide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best talent for our clients.

- Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organizations we serve.

- Several years of in-house or agency experience in a customer facing, full cycle recruiting role, with a proven track record of achievement in a comparable environment.

- Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders in diverse locations to build effective sourcing - strategies and relationships while managing a high volume workload.

- Demonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing an excellent candidate experience and meeting goals.

- Good knowledge of local salary ranges and benefits packages.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
