Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:
- Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through job boards, social media, and campus recruitment.
- Support the development of job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest and basic qualifications.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Prepare interview materials and guides for interviewers.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation is a plus.
