Servify - Senior Product Manager (4-7 yrs)

- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features across our platform.

- Identify opportunities to implement AI solutions in areas such as claims adjudication, fraud prediction, customer experience optimisation, operational excellence and process innovation.

- Collaborate with data science teams to develop and implement ML models that improve service delivery efficiency.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to understand their needs and integrate AI solutions that enhance the capabilities of different modules of the platform.

- Define product requirements and success metrics for AI initiatives.

- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure successful development and deployment of AI features.

- Monitor AI product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

- Drive the adoption of AI features across our platform.

Required Qualifications:.

- 4-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on AI/ML products.

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, especially LLMs, and applications.

- Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics.

- Track record of successfully launched products.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
