About the Team:

- The Monetisation team plays a pivotal role in our content streaming business by building the backbone that supports our user's consumption experience as well as our core business model.

- This is a team in pursuit of excellence and continuous self-improvement with a strong focus on impact creation through great insight generation and user focus About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

- As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience as well as monetization! You will drive product led pillars of a product, be it projects like Subscription, Loyalty Pgn, Pricing, Offers or be it more nuanced work streams such as finding the right experience balance between a binger and a sampler, this role will definitely need you to push yourself in your user empathy , analytical prowess, structured solutioning and insight generation skills.

- You will work closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap to deliver a world class experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs.

- Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross functional teams.

- Mentor and develop product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle.

- Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines.

- Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including integrating generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's /master's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of product management experience in established tech software or enterprise companies, creating internal or platform products for delivering operational excellence.

- 3+ years of experience in core product management (B2C product experience strongly preferred).

- Past experience of working in a fast paced environment and delivering impact on complex initiatives.

- Strong problem-solving skills based on 'first principles' and structured thinking.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, translating data insights into actionable strategies.

- Passion for designing and delivering innovative and scalable platform solutions.

- High bias for action or high agency mindset to drive impact consistently.

- Ability to lead multiple products and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
