Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and execution-focused Product Manager to join the SuperStore team. You will work on a range of strategic and innovative projects, driving product initiatives from zero to one, aimed at improving order mix, improving the sales team's productivity and boosting organic orders. The ideal candidate must possess strong execution skills and thrive in a cross-functional environment while working closely with business, analytics, design, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap & Execution:

- Own and define the quarterly product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives to drive business outcomes..

- Execute end-to-end product development projects, from problem discovery to post-launch analysis.

- Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing product features and enhancements to ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with teams across business, analytics, design, and engineering to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure that product solutions are well-aligned with overall business objectives.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

- Continuously monitor key metrics, ensuring performance is in line with targets.

- Identify new opportunities to increase the share of organic orders

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Execution Excellence: Proven experience driving zero to one projects, from inception to delivery.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams, including business, analytics, design, and engineering.

- User-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and preferences, with the ability to translate them into effective product features.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and quickly adapt to new challenges.

- Readiness to Experiment: Experiment with new age technological solutions (AI driven) for driving better business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of product management experience
