About the job
Position Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Field Sales Team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales programs, driving field sales initiatives, and ensuring that our sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and inspire a geographically dispersed team.
- The Program Manager will play a critical role in enhancing our sales processes, improving team performance, and driving overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with Area Sales Executives (Top 100 cities coverage nationally) and enable them to sell more
- Create program initiatives that help our clients and Area Sales Executives succeed over their competition and draw new customers to their businesses
- Allocate and control company resources and manage Area Sales Executives productivity
- Visit clients' businesses on-site, train and conduct interviews with key new Area Sales Executives for recruitments and to identify specific needs for enablement of the program
- Implement CRM protocols for each customer program, Call out for automation in monitoring and data visibility of team's performance
- Target setting, monitor and track productivity of Area Sales Executives for better visibility using MS Excel and Tableau
- Conduct training of low performing Area Sales Executives and guide them to improve performance and achieve targets
- Manage incentives of all the promoters and coordinate with respective stakeholders for disbursing the same
- Ability to work cross functionally with various teams and co-own organisation goals
- Coordinate with manpower agencies for attendance, payroll and invoices
- Ensure all the activities are conducted in adherence with agreement and timelines are followed
- Prepare and maintain SOPs for daily, weekly and monthly tasks and ensure adherence to the activities mentioned
- Clearly highlight enablers work and implement them to make the goals a reality
- Give market feedback to State head, regional state head and Sales head from time to time
Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing-related program management
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration or related discipline required (MBA preferred)
- Working knowledge of tableau/excel sales and monitoring tools
- Ability to work both in the office and in the field
- Decent oral communication and presentation skills
- Can manage large teams/off roll staff/promoters
