Talent Acquisition Manager - COE - Bank (2-4 yrs)

Our client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Manager - COE to be based at Mumbai.

Salary offered - 8 - 12 LPA

Ideal candidate should be a MBA - HR with 2- 4 yrs experience, having worked in a TA- COE Team managing various programs like diversity and inclusion, capability build programs, etc

Job Purpose

- Ensuring alignment of Program strategy with business objectives and overall TA strategy

- Conceptualizing and implementing various BUILD/Job Ready programs to enhance talent pipeline building (including but not limited to Job Ready Models, Campus BUILD Tie ups, Joint Certification programs etc.)

- Refining quality of talent pipeline through strategy modifications, implementation of assessment & evaluation tools and internal support systems

- Leveraging technology to uplift project delivery

- Identifying, designing and implementing strategic initiatives, programs and practices that promote Diversity hiring within the Bank

- Leveraging social media to design and execute strategic recruitment initiatives

- Positioning the Bank as great place to work in order to attract and hire the best talent
