Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT Services (8-12 yrs)

Our Client, one of the Leading IT Services Company based at Dubai, UAE is looking out for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Job Description:

- The incumbent should be having 8-12 yrs experience in IT Services Hiring across various domains including IT Infra, Software Applications, AI, IT Security, etc.

- The incumbent should be a hands-on Talent Acquisition specialist who has worked in a dynamic aggressive environment, managed large number of recruitments, preferably in the IT Services domain (System Integrators, desirable).

- The person can be based anywhere and would be reporting to the HR Head based at Dubai, UAE.

- This is an individual contributor role and we are looking at individuals who are available for an immediate joining.

- Experience of Middle East IT recruitment is a plus.

- The person should have the capability of managing the key business stake holders, work directly on the Talent Acquisition front and be able to support the TA requirements for the businesses to ensure business continuity.

- The individual should have worked on all possible Sourcing Mix for acquiring Talent, dealt with recruitment firms, done competition Mapping, be able to generate pipeline of candidates for few functions and manage TAT.

- The person would be responsible to manage end to end recruitment cycle, prepare and present the Talent Acquisition dashboard for management reviews.
