Role & responsibilities

• Excellent working knowledge in backup software like Commvault, Veeam etc
• IT Policies Implementations i.e. Password Management, Data Recovery, Data Storage Policy, ISO 27000 Audit documentation, etc.
• Expertise in the administration of Server Management, Network Planning & Implementation (LAN, WAN), the configuration of windows 2022 & 2025 servers
• Experience in Fortinet firewall, things like SD WAN, Traffic Shaping, Web & App Filtering, understanding of IPS, IDS, gateway malware etc.
• Should have clear vision of Cyber Security concept
• Managing licensing, and software standardization issues.
• Patch management tools, software deployment tools, Centralized Antivirus management.
• Wireless Network Planning, understanding of RF technology.
• Knowledge of, SUSE, NAS, MPLS, SAN, VPN, DNS, WINS, DHCP, RAS Remote Connectivity Tools. Experience in IP PBX, VoIP, EPABX setup.
• Knowledge of MPLS, ILL and have capabilities to work with SLA timeline
• Should have experience in handling the escalation call from Plant team.
• Working knowledge with EOP (Exchange Online Protection), Should be able to configure and implement Policies like Anti-SPAM, Anti Phishing, Safe link etc.
• Knowledge of Identity management tool like Entra ID, should know how to enrol and manage user.
• Knowledge of MDM solution like Intune.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud S3 bucket.
• Supporting of ITGC audit with relation to cybersecurity.
• Working knowledge of Matrix Biometric, should be able to resolve day to day issue with biometrics software.
• Have working Knowledge of Manage Engine (ITSM tool):
• Troubleshooting of User Sync with Entra ID
• Manage SAML configuration
• Creation of Incident, Change and Service template
• Managing Automation within the tool using business rules
• Automation of service request based on user input
• Managing Day to day operation of ticketing tool and ensure all the incident are resolved with the SLA
• Should have working knowledge of O365 Exchange portal, need to perform day to day activities like User creation, deletion, Adding them to distribution group etc.
• Should have experience in managing Data centre environment running the SAP ERP.
• Preparation of PPT to update management on regular basis on the development going on within the IT department.
• Coordinate and mange the Plant IT team.
• Continuous monitoring of Group network to curb the downtime, coordinate and guide the plant IT for the same
