As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firms growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Technology Transformation Leadership:
Lead and manage technology projects to transform across talent acquisition, performance management & development, learning and employee life-cycle processes.
Assess current talent management systems, identify gaps, and implement cutting-edge solutions.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with HR leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Develop and execute a roadmap for technology-enabled talent strategies.
Process Optimization:
Streamline talent processes by leveraging automation, analytics, and digital tools.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies in all implementations.
Data and Analytics:
Implement advanced analytics for talent insights, workforce planning, and decision-making.
Drive data-driven approaches to enhance employee experience and engagement.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and partners.
Act as the bridge between HR teams, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Change Management:
Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
Train and support teams to use new systems effectively.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay updated on the latest HR tech trends, tools, and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
Understanding of AI tools and Power Apps
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field. A Master s degree is preferred
Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR tech platforms
Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML tools, and process automation
Experience
Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML tools, and process automation
7-10 years of experience in technology transformation, HR tech, or related fields
Proven track record of leading technology-driven projects in talent or HR domains
