As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firms growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities
The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics & overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core SL functions.
Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR including labour law and compliances.
Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle.
Work back with MSL Leadership and support HR lead on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives
Participate in or lead special projects to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact.
Skills and attributes for success
Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes.
A self-motivated, confident, & high on energy individual with strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communication.
To qualify for the role, you must have
MBA in HR from a premium B-school
Strong experience in HR Business Partnering
Ideally, you ll also have
Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
