Job Description
- Good experience with Treasury domain and balance sheet management
- Excellent understanding of financial products in general and treasury functions in particular such as balance sheet management, liquidity, NSFR, banking book risk, interest rate risk (IRRBB), transfer pricing etc and their relevant data attributes/flows and transformations
- Business analysis skill around documenting As Is model and define Target Operating Model (TOM) for various treasury and liquidity risk management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into JIRA user stories.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements elicitation sessions to identify and prioritize business requirements and user stories.
- Work with development team to ensure that requirements are clearly understood, and solutions are designed and implemented to meet business needs.
- Document user cases, process flows, charts in JIRA.
- Assist testing team in validating software solution to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards
- Good experience with data structures, SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
- Broad consulting and project management skills, effective written and oral communication skills
- Pursue passions beyond work and invest in your wellbeing
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
