Key Responsibilty :

• Analyze Data Center Industry trends and study of commercial micro-markets of APAC markets.
• Analyse and provide holistic understanding of the current market dynamics in various APAC markets including leasing trends, pricing etc.
• Systematically monitoring the Data Center markets involves a thorough analysis of industry trends, capacity, and geographic distribution. Competition mapping is essential for delineating market players, their strategies, and their positioning within the Data Center landscape.
• Tracking relevant development in Data Center Industry- News analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including JV partners) for reporting and presentations.
• Support in development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Support Global CEO/ C Level executives in strategic initiatives, customer engagements etc.
