Job Description

Masters degree from a top-tier university
2 to 4 years of management consulting experience - prior experience in working for a top-tier business consulting firm is considered a plus;

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Good knowledge, including but not limited to public policy formulation and evaluation, organization design, process analysis, optimalisation programs, public procurement, project management;
Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Self-motivated, desire to exceed expectations;

Experience

Shall review/ monitor the work progress and deliver to the satisfaction of the client. Shall be responsible for daily coordination with the Client, ensuring recording and relaying of communications.
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of consulting engagement or components thereof under the guidance of an engagement manager
Shall work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build business, as well as serve client and lead teams.

Likes

Company provide good training academically ,Lots of good stuff to do the work with very low effective application methods by the employees..Good office building and champagne parties throw by the partners.

Dislikes

Hierarchical failure due to bad leadership, Silent toxicity, biased top managers and poor quality of work ethics. Referral recruitment are heavenly done on relatives and caste system . Misusing money on unnecessary lavish parties , only survival is to make a group which they call team. Govt. should take close look on these companies (big 4)
