• Experience in all 3 types of manufacturing Process industry, discrete manufacturing, and REM.
• Experience in ASAP, Agile methodology. Leverage SAP Best practice. Standardization and simplification of business processes and systems, Elimination of redundant business process steps, Simplified reporting and enhanced analytics capability, Consolidated ERP, Improve the way we work with our customers, Enhanced digital user experience
• Experience for all types of documents BPML, Gap List, RTM, BPD, CRD, KDD, KDS, Workshop content, Test script, DS document, WRICEFS, PIIN Docs, Project Closure document.
• Experience for RFP, Effort estimation, Project credentials, Worked for Industry Wise Reusability/Innovation,
• Experience on MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order), Stock Requirement/ MRP Lists, phantom items.
• Experience on different MRP procedure MRP area Based Planning, Long Term Planning, SOP, Master Production scheduling & Consumption Based Planning with Automatic/Manual reorder.
• Experience in setting up PP master data including the material master, BOM, WC, Routing, Recipe, PV. Configuration of PP-Master data, MRP, demand management, production orders, shop floor parameters, scheduling parameters, Checking Rule, Scope of plan, batch management, Serial number management,
• Extensive experience in shop floor activities as order creation/release, availability check, shop floor papers, order confirmation, order information system, back flush, COGI, stock determination, PI-Sheet, Process message demo. Milestone confirmation, Scrap Management.
• Experience in Integrated PP with MM in goods movement, back flushing, automatic GR,  STO process, reservations, production order, planning, PRQ, MRP process, sub-contracting, external operations, and operational outsourcing. Interacted with the Controlling team to solve issues related to BOM cost, activity type, activity pricing variance analysis, Settlement Process.
• Experience for data migration mapping. Worked for R&A Matrix, Fiori Catalogue,
• Extensive experience in preparation the Functional specification for Forms, Reports, User Exit, conversions, Enhancement development, Interface development, Transaction & screen variant configuration. Worked on Confirmation enhancement. Worked on different Communication interfaces Proxy webservice, Idoc , Comet MES interface, Container Management.
• Experience SAP query reports and performed Data Migration using BDC and LSMW.
• Experience with the business and project team members to evaluate business needs, defining, and prioritizing requirements and agreeing process flows and analytical capabilities that align wherever possible with leading practice business processes.
