Job Title: SAP PP Consultant - Pharma Industry

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant specializing in the pharmaceutical industry to join our dynamic team. As an SAP PP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production planning processes using SAP ERP solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our manufacturing operations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP PP modules based on industry-specific requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, quality assurance, ABAP and other IT functions to design and implement SAP PP solutions.
• Conduct trainings and business requirement sessions with business, and propose innovative solutions to enhance production planning efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP PP modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Lead and participate in SAP PP-related projects such as configurations, enhancements, and integrations with other modules (e.g., SAP QM, SAP MM).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and training materials.
• Stay updated with SAP advancements and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
• Learn other SAP Modules like SAP WMS, SAP GRC to as part of business process improvements.
• Also having expertise in facing various statutory, regulatory audits and improvement areas suggested by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience as a SAP PP Consultant, with a proven track record of successful SAP PP implementations in the product or process based industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP module functionalities including but not limited to Production Planning, Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Shop Floor Control, and Capacity Planning, Warehouse Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with integration aspects with other SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certifications in PP module are a plus.
• Basic knowledge about SAP BASIS, SAP GRC and SAP WMS system is an added advantage.
