Position: Manager Data Analytics

Location - Pune

We are looking for a Manager Data Analytics who will play a dual role as an individual contributor and a team leader. The ideal candidate will not only perform hands-on data analysis but also guide, develop, and review the work of the team to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Understanding: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, define problem statement/requirements, and identify relevant data sources.
• Data Collection & Processing: Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy. (Currently we are using excel as a tool. Manager is expected to implement new tools through which analysis can be faster and effective)
• Data Cleansing & Validation: Perform data cleaning, processing, and validation to maintain high data quality and integrity.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct data analysis, statistical modeling to generate meaningful business insights.
• Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Identify patterns, trends, and predictions to help management make informed strategic choices.
• Collaboration & Review: Guide and review the work performed by the team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or statistical analysis.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (especially with US market)
• Strong expertise in excel, SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or reviewing the work of an analytics team is a plus.
