Job Description:

We are seeking to hire experienced professionals with a comprehensive understanding and experience in the R2R domain for our Digital Finance Transformation practice. The candidate must have capability in R2R operations, closing books for complex global organizations. The candidate must also have a solid track record in account reconciliations, team management, and end-to-end process execution. Above all, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to interface effectively with varying levels of management and staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Management of R2R operations and responsible for the accurate and timely financial output.
• Coordination of book close activities for complex global organizations.
• Perform and oversee account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external audit standards.
• Manage a team of accountants, overseeing their daily activities, and provide guidance as needed.
• Execute end-to-end R2R process, from input to final output.
• Maintain excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, explaining complex financial ideas in a clear way.
