Job Title PowerApps Developer - Supervising Associate

Department CBS Finance Controlling Transformation

As a developer within the Controlling Transformation Team you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for our internal clients, specifically chatbots. Our mission is to empower businesses to streamline their finance processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive growth through cutting-edge Low-Code Automation and data-driven solutions.

In this role, youll leverage the entire Microsoft 365 product suite to create impactful business solutions, with an eye towards emerging technologies and AI-assisted development practices that include tools like Microsoft Co-pilot Studio to optimize and enhance the development process. While we value work experience, the right candidate will have a strong technical background and training, a passion for learning, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects

Your key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Understand user needs and translate them into effective chatbot functionalities
Integrate chatbots with various platforms and APIs
Train and fine-tune chatbots for optimal performance
Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements in chatbot technology
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to chatbots
Document development processes and best practices
Develop and implement custom Microsoft 365 solutions in Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi dashboards
You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital solutions that will bring our digital vision and strategy to life.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience with Chatbot development tools and platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio a plus)
Experience working with Azure Bot Framework
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Proficiency in AI-assisted development practices as part of the solution development toolkit.
A portfolio showcasing relevant projects
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation and create technical documentation
Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages C#, Python, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, Vba
Solid understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Knowledge of other programming languages/technology from Microsoft Tech Stack
Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technology and business discussions to uncover the value of tech-enabled solutions.

Ideally, you ll also have

Microsoft Certifications relevant to the role.
Experience with relational databases
Solid understanding of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols
