EY - Data Tester Lead - Automation Testing (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Clear understanding of SDLC/STLC - Testing & Defect lifecycle & Agile method of delivery

- Should have good knowledge and experience on Defect Management (tools: JIRA, Rally)

- Must have experience in integration Testing and Front-end Testing

- Must have strong experience in Software Quality best practices and in leading testing projects and multifunctional teams

- Experience in handling test management tools and good knowledge on creating Test strategy & Test plan

- Test automation (Selenium) & Data profiling experience are huge plus

- Work closely with software development team (Business Analysts, Developers & other testers) to ensure timely and effective testing effort

- Participate in Deployment Planning sessions and ensure all deployment checklist activities are covered

- Create test cases/test data and perform Test execution

- Participate in requirement gathering meetings with business as input into test planning; Review & understand BRDs/SRDs

- Ability to transform complex Business logic into SQL or PL/SQL queries

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred :

- Sound knowledge of Data concepts - Data warehousing, ETL, Cloud Technology

- Experience in Python

- Notice period < 30 days
