Role: IT Recruiter

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract passive and active candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placement within various levels and departments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
