TA Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Craft and update job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with ATS and CMS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelors in HR or related field.
