Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various
technical positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Primary Functions:
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, andreferrals, to identify and attract qualified technical candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-personinterviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specificneeds and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitmentstrategies and attract top talent.
• Data Management: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality,and offer acceptance rates.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment function and
implement best practices.
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.
They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with
soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven 5 years of work experience as Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT/
Healthcare/Revenue Cycle Management roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferable Workday and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIN, social media recruiting, Boolean search)
• Strong reporting making skills using excel or other tools, including the ability to analyze recruitment
data and generate insightful reports.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
• Bachelors OR MBA in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
Soft/ Behavior Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home office location. This role routinely uses

Records, and it is essential that all employees adhere to confidentiality requirements as outlined in the
