A Law graduate from a reputed law school/university/ or LL.M is preferrable

5 years of PQE, with at least 1 year of thorough experience in data center / real estate related matters.

Role & responsibilities

• Providing practical and solution-oriented advice to the Companys business & sales teams and various support functions of the Company on a wide variety of legal matters (including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, and regulatory issues).
• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including customer contracts, purchase orders, service level agreements, vendor contracts, ensuring the Company's interests are protected and legal risks are minimized
• The ideal candidate also has strong business acumen, and experience working in a fast-moving matrix and cross-functional environment.
• Generalist, with legal background including commercial, e-commerce, technology, regulatory and corporate experience.
• Team player, critical thinking, analytical, negotiation and drafting skills.
