HR Specialist

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity to make an impact in a global team? Were hiring an HR Specialist to join our clients HRSSC Team in Gurgaon. As an HR Specialist, you’ll provide key administrative support to global HR teams and ensure seamless execution of employee life cycle processes.

What You’ll Do:
-Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (personal data, job details, compensation, working capacity, leaves of absence, etc.)
-Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
-Consult with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR transactions.
-Assist in developing and refining operating policies, guidelines, and procedures.
-Monitor process quality and help implement improvements to enhance team performance.
-Support the implementation of new processes, projects, and technology initiatives.
-Collaborate with a global team to support organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:
-7+ years of experience in HR Operations with a consulting background and experience working in GCC (Global Capability Centre).
-Strong team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work in a matrixed organization.
-Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to a diverse, international set of stakeholders.
