Event Manager ( Project Manager - Events )

This is a Full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban. We are looking for a Project Manager - Events to plan and execute a variety of events.

As a project manager in our team, you will be responsible for certain key projects and take complete ownership to ensure they are well executed and clients are retained.

Here's some information about your responsibility:

Managing all aspects of certain key event projects that are assigned
Understand the clients requirements
Being the link between the client and our in house production team
Preparing a presentation for the client
Working with agencies and briefing them if necessary
Prepare and own the detailed event checklist, event flow and manpower allocation
Creating a post event report
Building a relationship with the client to generate future business.
