Security Manager - Mumbai ( Powai)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage physical safety and security for common areas of large commercial parks of 25-acre.
• Prepare and face internal and external audits such BSC/ISO/Life Safety etc.
• Manage a team of around 75 security staff.
• Knowledge on Statutory regulations related to manpower and guard board.
• Employee grooming and trainings on regular basis.
• KPI management for manpower vendor of security staff.
• Budget forecasting and control for security department; both manpower, equipment, consumables etc.
• Should be good in Client Relationship Management.
• Vendors invoice scrutiny and process.
• Operation knowledge of VMS/CCTV/UVSS/Boom Barriers/Turnstiles/Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems etc.
• Overall experience of 8-10 years and last couple of years experience in heading security operations of large commercial properties.
• Should be Degree holder with added certifications in security field.
• Good English communication; both oral and writing.
• Presentable personality and should be a team player.
• Good in quick task completions as per SLA and a task master by tracking and monitoring regularly.
• Eye for detail and abnormality consciousness should be essential qualities.
