Security Officer For Estate- Mussoorie

Security Officers role responsible for safeguarding the physical security of an estate or property complex, including patrolling grounds, monitoring access points, managing visitor entry, responding to incidents, and maintaining overall security protocols, often requiring experience in security operations and familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance. Additionally, the Security Officer is responsible for the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and other facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  To remove squatters from quarters on the property.
•  To prevent encroachments onto land of the estate
•  To liason with local authorities for smooth operations at the estate.
• Monitor entry points and check identification of all visitors, staff, and contractors
• Regularly patrol designated areas of the estate on foot, observing for suspicious activity,
  security breaches, and potential hazards.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to identify and report incident
•  Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
•  Provide excellent customer service
•  Adhere to all company service and operating standards
•  Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
•  Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and
  customers
•  Protect the companys assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
•  Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic
  control and accident investigation

Candidate Profile:

•  18+ years of age
•  Min. Diploma, High School or equivalent
•  Must be resident of Mussoorie only
•  Physically  fit to handle patrolling, standing for long periods, and responding to incidents
  quickly.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is strongly preferred.
•  Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
•  Capable of following complex instructions
•  Strong interpersonal skills
•  Willingness to participate in the companys screening process, including drug screen and
  background investigation
•  Knowledge of security operations and procedures
