ABC Facility MANAGEMENT & Security Services PVT LTD is looking for Security Supervisors to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within an organization or a specific location
- They are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets, and for implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures
- Responsibilities:Supervise Security Staff: Directly supervise a team of security personnel, including security guards and officers, and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Security Planning and Deployment: Develop and implement security plans and strategies based on the organization's needs and requirements
- Determine the appropriate deployment of security personnel and resources to ensure effective coverage
- Security Policies and Procedures: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Regularly review and update security protocols to adapt to changing threats and risks
- Incident Response and Emergency Management: Coordinate and oversee the response to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches
- Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks, ensure the safety of personnel, and protect property and assets
- Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms, to monitor and detect suspicious activities
- Respond to alarms or incidents as needed and investigate security breaches or violations
