Role: Asst. Manager - Logistics

Age Band: 35-40 Years

Companies preferred: Food Industry/Bread manufactures (preferred )

Work Location: Aroor

Shift :Night

Skills: Should have exposure in Warehouse Management, Dispatch Planning, Transportation, Man Management, SAP & MS Office 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Aroor Logistics Team, including vehicle contractors, drivers, and dispatch personnel.
2. Oversee bread order processing, dispatch planning, and delivery execution.
3. Coordinate with the Bakery Sales Team, Distributors, and Sales Team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
4. Plan and monitor production scheduling and dispatch alignment with sales demand.
5. Ensure 100% on-time dispatches and minimize dispatch errors
6. Maintain shift-wise operations handovers and ensure seamless workflow transitions.
7. Track and manage contract vehicle availability, performance, and cost optimization.
8. Submit daily MIS reports on dispatch performance, inventory movement, and logistics cost.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures within logistics operations.
