Asst. Manager - Stores & Dispatch (HVPC)

Position Overview: Stores, Dispatch, Logistics & Cash Management will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of raw materials, finished goods, dispatch operations, cash flow management, and scrap handling. This role requires strong organizational, SAP proficiency, and team coordination skills to ensure smooth operations across the stores, dispatch, logistics, and cash functions.

Engg. Stores:-

• Receiving material as per Released Po.
• As per Challan Checking the material.
• To Store Properly Engg and Other Materials.
• Proper location & label for identification of material.
• Item Group Wise,Dept Wise, And Division Wise, Storage Of Material.
• After Inspection by users material stack of proper location
• GIN preparation on SAP
• GIN send to account
• stock taking (Daily, weekly & monthly )
• Issue ( as pre issue slip issue the material for production )
• SAP Operation
• MB1A/MB1B
• Proper store Record keeping

Raw Material / Packing Material :-

• Receiving each & every Raw & Packing material
• Physical checking material
• Qty. check as per challan
• GIN Preparation ( ON SAP )
• Recd material inspection from Qa Dept.
• GIN send to account day to day basis
• Follow up with purchase & Transport
• Clear pending issue through account & purchase Dept.
• SAP MRP Module function

Planning Dept :-

• Crate Material Code.(Ersa,Verp,Roh,Fert)
• Plan Enter In the Sap As per Plan Recd.
• Up action of material Master.

Dispatch Dept :-

• Recd Fg From Prod.
• Proper Storage of Finished Goods.
• Planning Of Dispatch Material As per Customer Scheduled.
• Dispatched FG Material as per Customer Scheduled.
• Loading of Material as per invoice and Packing List.
• Material loading in Vehicle in safe and proper.
• Follow-up the Transporter FG Material Dispatch To customer on Right time Delivery.
• Preparation of invoice & packing list as per Dispatched Qty

Logistics Dept :-

• Arrange the Vehicle as per Our Requirements.
• Material Delivery to customer at right time, right place, right rate.
• Timely arrangement of transport for material collection Within 3 Days after receipt of L.R.
• Transport Bill Passing preparation.

Cash:-

• Maintain cash record
• Voucher preparation
• Monthly cash statement
• Maintain regular cash flow
• As per require cash purchase

SCRAP:-

• Scrap Collect From Prod Dept.
• Scrap Storage as per Location and Specify Areas.
• arrange through approved scrap vender.
• Vehicle weigh meant (in present Vender + Security )
• DC preparation
• Inform to account through DC
• Collect in advance DD from vender
• scrap record keeping
