Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain riders.

- Collaborate with hiring managers for timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

- Maintain talent pipeline and enhance sourcing techniques.

- Coordinate DC hiring activities - postings, screening, and interviews.

- Partner with operations teams to meet staffing requirements.

- Implement seamless onboarding for new hires.

- Monitor performance metrics to optimize recruitment and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-13 years of experience in e-commerce, team management & leadership.

Post-Graduation degree.

- Proven experience in handling large-scale recruitment and capacity building.
