Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Talent sourcing:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools effectively.
- Proactively research and identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry events.
Employer branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice in the IT industry.
- Represent the company positively at industry events and career fairs.
Data analysis and reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and present findings to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and their impact on talent acquisition.
- Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand knowledge and network with other professionals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/ master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as [List specific ATS, Workday, Lever, Greenhouse].
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and their applications.
