Executive _RTS _Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

1.Prepare MIS Reports if needed hence basic knowledge of Xl/PPT must

2.Do due justice for resolving/ Validating of complaints

3.To coordinate with Customers and Operations Team from FE Level to State head Level

4.Improve conversion % for NDR and RAD for State or Customer as per assigned Task (Success %)

5.Communicate with Customers / Improve customer satisfaction

6.Good communication

7.languages must be known fluently-English and Hindi

8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

9.Must be available to work on occasional nights, holidays and weekends.

10. Guide the team for proper operation and avoiding miss connection in case of bulk load handling.

11.Managing fresh/RTO RTS , reverse pick up activities Check proper hub operation and submitting final report to management on daily basis

12. .Monitor processing centre activities managing return centre activities

13. Handling reverse logistics/pick up & connectivity
