Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Customer Service Intern based out of Marol, Andheri

Tenure of internship -3 months

Stipend -Rs 10000pm to Rs 150000pm (Based on exeprience)

Responsibilities-

Handling customer grievances

Calling clients to resolve escalations

MIS

Team coordination

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be a graduate with knowledge about V lookup ,H lookup, Pivot Table (Excel)
