Role & responsibilities

• Exploring the new sites through Consultants according to requirement of Planning and Engineering Team.
• Negotiate the commercials & other requirements keeping company interest in mind.
• Support in Execution of LOI and Lease deed.
• Follow up with the LL and Support functions to get the facility live.
• Tracking of all Lease Agreements, Renewals and Expiry.
• Follow up for timely procurement of Assets & on time deployment.
• Maintaining proper hygiene at the facilities.
• Co-ordination with Admin team/vendors for deployment of DG sets & LT panels.
• Ensure proper handover of facilities and timely settlement.
• Ensure to keep the rental with in the budget and exploring saving options.
• Ensure proper legal compliance at all the facilities before getting live.
• Strong Integrity and good experience in handling the real Estate and its related compliance.
• Expertise in handling profile of PMC (Project Management Consultant) from scouting of premise to get the facility live for operation.
