About the Job Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team who brings the expertise from the logistics/ supply chain/ quick ecommerce industry who is responsible for key sales growth or from customer succession background.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: is expected to onboard new merchants/brands/shippers allocated/assigned to the incumbent.

2. A deep understanding of the pricing to maintain a healthy margin on the sales closures.

3. Responsible for the ownership of the sales cycle and for the handholding period of new onboarded accounts.

4. Build a strong relationship & process for the new onboardings for a long & healthy business collaboration.

5. Understanding of Indian e-commerce/wholesale/retail ecosystem to come up with holistic solutions for the key accounts.

6. Account Management: Onboarding Clients with high trading volume and experience on the platform is the first stage of a long-term relationship between Ecom and the account.

7. The person must keep a close watch on competition & share best practices internally.

Required Skills & Qualification:

1. Looking candidate from similar industry.

2. Must be graduate/ PG from any stream.

3. Minimum experience required 2 years into client acquisition & retention.
