Job Responsibilities: 

1.Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain   riders.

2.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of rider positions.

3.Maintain a talent pipeline and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment effectiveness..

4.Coordinate DC hiring activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.

5.Partner with operations teams to identify staffing requirements and address workforce needs.

6.Implement onboarding procedures to integrate new hires seamlessly into the DC environment.

7.Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance productivity.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

1. Good experience in ecommerce , Leadership quality , team management 

2. 8 - 13 years of experience.

3. Post Graduation
